Community & Conservation

Empowering local communities through responsible travel

Our commitment goes well beyond organizing safaris and mountain treks. As a 100% local, indigenous-owned tour operator based in Arusha, we believe sustainable tourism must directly enrich the lives of the communities and indigenous peoples whose lands our travelers explore.

Through our partnership with the NGO Community Projects Tanzania (CPT), where our Managing Director, Sam Diah, serves as a Trustee, a significant share of our earnings is reinvested in grassroots education, healthcare, clean water and humanitarian relief across Northern Tanzania.

Our Philosophy

Preserving culture while creating opportunity

We work closely with Maasai pastoralist communities in remote areas such as Gelai, West Kilimanjaro and the Great Rift Valley. Protecting indigenous traditions while bringing modern education and healthcare calls for a careful, community-led approach.

Responsible, eco-friendly tourism lets local communities keep their cultural heritage while gaining the facilities that improve everyday life.
