Arusha National Park - Day Tour
Following your morning meal, you will depart from your accommodations in Arusha or Moshi, heading towards the park. Your visit to Arusha National Park offers you a range of choices for experiencing the park.
Game Drive: You can opt for a half-day or full-day game drive within the park. During your drive, you will pass by iconic park features, including the Momella Lakes and the Ngurdoto Crater, often referred to as the ‘Little Ngorongoro’.
Canoe Safari: For an additional cost, you can trade in your vehicle for a canoe and embark on a guided canoe safari across the Momella Lakes. This unique experience allows you to observe flamingos, bushbucks, giraffes, and buffalo from the water.
Walking Safari: Engage in a guided walking safari through the park to stretch your legs. While on this excursion, you will encounter vast expanses of forest, serving as a habitat for black and white colobus monkeys, zebras, buffalos, and various antelope species. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to spot over 400 bird species, including the Crowned Eagle, Lanner Falcon, and Levaillant’s Cuckoo.
You have the freedom to combine any of the three options mentioned above, though please note that the canoe safari and walking safari involve an extra charge.
Upon conclusion of your chosen experiences, you will return to Arusha in the late afternoon. Your mind will be enriched with lasting memories, while your camera will be filled with indelible photographs.
